These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kua9 platform and all associated services. By visiting the kua9 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. kua9 reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.1 — Registration Eligibility

To open an account with kua9, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• All information provided at registration must be fully accurate and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must use the account in your own name and for your own benefit; playing on behalf of or with funds from a third party is not allowed.

1.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

kua9 will never ask for your password or full payment details. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and inform us right away.

1.3 — Account Verification

kua9 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other relevant documents may be requested as part of the verification process. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

2.1 — Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits on kua9: bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Once each deposit transaction is processed, the balance will be added to your account.

2.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.

2.3 — Anti-Money Laundering

kua9 takes a firm stance against money laundering and terrorist financing. Information may be shared with relevant authorities if required. Accounts may be temporarily suspended while suspicious transactions are under investigation.

3.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.

A bonus code or promotional offer must be active at the time of registration for the bonus to apply.

3.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Please note — wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Certain games may contribute a limited amount toward bonus wagering.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.3 — VIP & Cashback

The kua9 VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers can be advanced through regular play. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% respectively.

Cashback is credited directly to your account; however, as it is a promotional benefit, kua9 reserves the right to change or withdraw it at any time.

4.1 — Fair Play Policy

kua9 is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. Our platform uses SSL encryption and fair play technology. All game outcomes are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG).

4.2 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Claiming bonuses or rewards by fraudulent means.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Exploiting or attempting to find security vulnerabilities in the platform.

4.3 — Account Suspension & Termination

5.1 — Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kua9 reserves the right to void the relevant bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

5.2 — Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers markets across various sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet apply only at that moment. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be refunded.

If any dispute or ambiguity arises regarding the outcome of an event, kua9's decision will be considered final.

5.3 — Live Casino & Slots

For live casino games and slot games, the rules of the relevant game provider also apply. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, kua9 will review the applicable bet and make a decision.

6.1 — Data Collection & Use

kua9 collects personal data for the purposes of registration and service delivery. This data is not sold to third parties. However, it may be shared with relevant authorities in cases of legal obligation or fraud investigation.
